带线锚钉技术治疗外踝撕脱骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨采用带线锚钉技术内固定治疗外踝撕脱骨折的临床疗效。方法自2009-01—2013-07采用带线锚钉技术内固定治疗外踝撕脱骨折13例,采用AOFAS踝-后足功能评分系统评定术后疗效。结果 13例均获得随访6~12个月,平均10月。术后X线片显示13例均达到骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间8~12周,平均10周。末次随访时AOFAS评分：优7例,良4例,可2例。结论采用带线锚钉技术内固定治疗外踝撕脱骨折具有手术操作简单、固定可靠、能早期功能锻炼、术后功能恢复快的优点。

Suture anchors technique in treatment of avulsion fracture of lateral malleolus

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of treating avulsion fracture of lateral malleolus with suture anchors. Methods From January 2009 to July 2013, thirteen patients with avulsion fracture of lateral malleolus were treated with suture anchors technique. The postoperative effect was evaluated by AOFAS score system. Results Thirteen patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months（average 10 months）. The X-ray films showed that all patients achieved bony union. The time of fracture healing was 8-12 weeks, 10 weeks on average. At the last follow up, according to the AOFAS score the results were excellent in 7 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 2 cases. Conclusion Treating avulsion fracture of lateral malleolus using suture anchors demonstrates a reliable and easy-to-use technique. In addition, early functional exercise contributes to rapid recovery of ankle functions.
