以学生为中心预防碘缺乏病健康促进模式研究效果分析

目的探索一种简便、易行、高效、实用的健康促进方法,以适应边远、经济、文化落后的农村地区开展的碘缺乏病工作,最终实现消除碘缺乏病的目标。方法选择试点地区,运用健康促进策略,开展以学生为中心预防碘缺乏病健康促进效果试点研究。结果碘缺乏病基本知识知晓率学生98.9%,家庭妇女77.0%;学生预防碘缺乏病行为正确率98.1%;居民户碘盐覆盖率95%;与基线调查时有显著性差异。相关健康环境发生很大改变,当地政府出台了预防碘缺乏病健康政策,学校、家庭、社区和社会相关部门参与和支持了项目活动。结论以学生为中心开展预防碘缺乏病健康促进是一种简便、易行、高效、实用的碘缺乏病防治方法。

Effect Analysis of Student-centered Health Improvement Mode on Prevention of Iodine-lack Disease

Objective To seek a simple, high efficiency, easy and practical method in heath improvement and adapt to the work carried out for iodine lacks in the remote and undeveloped mountain areas . To eliminate the disease caused by iodine lacks. Methods A health-improvement strategy was employed in a chosen test area to strengthen the result and test research of student -centered prevention of iodine-lack disease . Results 98.9% students were required to gain basic knowledge of iodine-lack disease, 77% housekeepers as well. For students, the accurate rate to understanding of iodine-lack disease reached to 98.1%. The iodine salt cover rate of residents could go up to 95%, which was quite different from the original investigation. With health environment concerned changing greatly, the local government had formulated a strategy of iodine-lack disease; schools, families and social communities were involved and support this project activity. Conclusion Student-centered prevention of iodine lack-disease is a simple high efficient and practical method to prevent iodine lack disease.
