前列腺增生并膀胱结石的腔内治疗

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）结合气压弹道碎石术治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）并膀胱结石的疗效。方法：采用TURP结合气压弹道碎石术治疗40例BPH并膀胱结石患者,并分析其疗效。结果：所有患者均一次处理成功,除20例有膀胱粘膜散在充血外,无膀胱穿孔等并发症,术后复查最大尿流率均＞15．0ml/s。结论：TURP结合气压弹道碎石术是治疗BPH并膀胱结石的一种安全、高效的方法。

Endourological treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones

Purpose:To probe into the endourological treatment of combining transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) with pneumatic Lithotripsy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:From April 1994 to December 2000, 40 patients with BPH and bladder stones were operated with TURP and pneumatic Lithotripsy for the BPH and bladder stones at the same time.Results:Of all cases, BPH and bladder stones were successfully treated in one operation and no major complications such as bladder perforation have been observed. All patients had a postoperative maximum flow rate (MFR) over 15.0 ml/s.Conclusions:Combining TURP with pneumatic Lithotripsy is a safe and effective treatment modality for patients with BPH and bladder stones.
