肾移植的超声动态观察

目的探讨超声动态观测肾移植手术的临床应用价值。方法应用超声对112例肾移植手术病例进行术前术后检测。重点观察肾移植术后第3、7天、术后1个月及术后3个月内移植肾形态结构、血流动力学各项参数。结果112例肾移植病例中,术后彩色多普勒超声及时发现手术并发症37例,其中急性排斥反应8例,髂动脉与肾动脉吻合口处肾动脉狭窄6例;肾盂积水15例;肾周积液8例。结论应用超声动态观察肾移植术前、术后肾内血流灌注情况,以各项指标进行临床评估,有助于及早发现术后并发症,并有效地指导治疗,对于提高肾移植术的成功率和患者的生存率具有重要意义。

Objective To assess the applied value of ultrasound in continued monitor the renal transplantation. Methods 112 ultrasonic features cases with renal transplantation were analysed.
