CXCL5表达强度与不同类型乳腺癌关系

目的 本研究探讨CXCL5与乳腺癌恶性度的关系,观察与临床分期、病情进展的意义.方法 免疫组化(SABC法)确定乳腺癌CXCL5表达的水平.结果 病理Ⅲ+IV期CXCL5表达阳性率显著增高,与病理I+II期比较差异显著(P<0.01).发生淋巴结转移的病例CXCL5表达增高,与未发生转移病例比较具有显著性(P<0.01);比较不同组织类型乳腺癌表达CXCL5的差异,可发现乳腺癌组明显高于纤维腺瘤组,具有显著性(P<0.01).结论 CXCL5是乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的重要成分,与乳腺癌的新生血管形成、基因调节通路以及乳腺癌的转移密切相关.

CXCL5 expression intensity and the relationship between different types of breast cancer

Objective This study investigated the CXCL5 and the relationship between the degree of malignancy of breast cancer observed with clinical stage and progression of significance.Methods To determine the CXCL5 level of breast cancer by immunohisto-chemical SABC method.Results Expression of CXCL5 in pathological stage Ⅲ ＋ IV was significantly increased,had significant difference with pathological stage I ＋ II（P〈0.01）.Expression of CXCL5 increased,with lymph node metastasis,compared with patients without metastasis were significant（P〈0.01）.Compared the expression of CXCL5 in breast cancer of tissue differences,can be found of breast cancer was significantly higher than the fibroadenoma group with significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion CXCL5 is an important component of the breast cancer develop,and angiogenesis,gene regulatory pathway and breast cancer metastasis.
