弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢长骨干骨折

目的 探讨AO弹性髓内钉(TEN)对儿童下肢骨干骨折的治疗效果.方法 选取2008年至2010年我院采用AO弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢骨干骨折35例,观察骨折愈合、功能恢复、不良反应等情况.结果 所有35例病例均获随访,随访8～18个月,术后骨折愈合满意,无钉道感染和畸形愈合,髋、膝、踝关节功能恢复正常,但有1例在术中进钉时出现开口处裂纹骨折,2例术后出现皮下激惹,根据 Flynn 的评分标准:本组 21例优,11例良,3例可,优良率91.4%.结论 弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢长骨骨干骨折,具有微创、恢复快、并发症少等特点,值得临床大力推广和应用.

Elastic stable intramedullary nailing for treating crura long bone fractures in children

Objective To investigate the clinical result of elastic stable intramedullary nailing（TEN）for the treatment of pediatric crura long bone fractures.Methods Make a study on the thirty five children with crura long bone fracture treated with TEN from 2008 to 2010,and then make a summary on the fracture healed,function restored and complication.Results All 35 cases were followed up for 8～18 months,all fracture healed,non pin-tract infection and malformations were happened.Hip,knee and ankle joint function restored to normoal fully,but during the operation,split in bone cortex was found in 1 case,and after operation,2 cases happened shin irritated.According to the Flynn standard,in our group,the results were excellent in 21 case,good in 11 and fair in 3,the rate of excellent and good was 91.4%.Conclusion The elastic stable intramedullary nailing（TEN）treating pediatric crura long bone fractures is featured with little trauma,speedy recovery and little complication,worthy clinical promotion.
