老年肺炎患者血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

目的 研究血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白浓度水平与老年肺炎的相关性,探讨两者对老年肺炎的诊断、严重程度及判断预后的价值.方法 检测96例老年肺炎患者血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白浓度水平,比较治疗前后血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白的浓度变化及与对照组之间的差异,以及不同CURB-65评分组患者血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白的水平差异.结果 老年肺炎患者治疗前血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组及治疗后,且CURB-65评分越高,D-二聚体和C反应蛋白的水平越高.结论 血浆D-二聚体和C反应蛋白的浓度检测,对老年肺炎患者的早期诊断、严重程度判断及预后判断有一定的临床意义.

Clinical significance of detecting D-dimer and C-reactive protein level in senile pneumonia

Objective To analyze the correlation between D-dimer and C-reactive protein level in plasma with senile pneumonia,and to explore their value to diagnosis,assessment of severity and prognosis in senile pneumonia.Methods Detected the level of D-dimer and C-reactive protein in plasma with 96 elder patients diagnosed pneumonia.Compared the difference of D-dimer and C-reactive protein before and after therapy,and with the control group.Compared the difference of D-dimer and C-reactive protein among different group divided by CURB-65 score.Results The level of D-dimer and C-reactive protein in senile pneumonia before therapy was significant higher than that of control and after therapy,and the higher CURB-65 score was,the higher D-dimer and C-reactive protein would be.Conclusion It has a certain clinical significance of detecting D-dimer and C-reactive protein level in early diagnosis,assessment of severity and prognosis of senile pneumonia.
