新月形瓣充填加自制外固定架牵引矫正乳头内陷

目的:探索一种实用、简便的矫正乳头内陷的新方法。方法:采用新月形乳晕瓣行组织移植充填于空虚的乳头下方,术后采用自制外固定架持续牵引乳头 1～3 月。结果:1996 年 1 月至 2003 年 11 月应用此方法矫正 62 例 82 只内陷乳头,术后随访6～36 月,除 2 只乳头有部分回缩外,矫正的乳头均挺拔,瘢痕不明显,感觉正常,6 例妊娠分娩哺乳正常。 结论:采用新月形瓣充填加自制外固定架持续牵引矫正乳头内陷是一种可行的方法。

Rectifying nipple inversion by using crescent valve plugger and continual traction nipple with home-made external fixture

Objective To explore a new simple applied method of rectifying nipple inversion. Methods Crescent valve from the areola was transplanted below the inversional nipple , then the nipple was continuously towed by the home-made external fixture for one or three months. Results Eight-two inversional nipples of the sixty-two cases were rectified from January 1996 to March 2003. After revisited for six to thirty-six months. Exception two partial retractile nipples, the other rectified nipples were tall and straight, and have good sense and indistinct scar. Six delivery cases of the thirty-six suckled normally. Conclusion Rectifying nipple depression in crescent valve plugger and continual traction by home-made external fixture was a feasible method.
