急性脑梗死并发脑心综合征大鼠心脏一氧化氮含量的变化及意义

摘    要:目的:研究脑心综合征(CCS)大鼠心脏一氧化氮(NO)含量的变化,为CCS发病机制提供理论依据.方法:试验大鼠被分为3组,CCS组(n=10);单纯脑梗死组(n=10);假手术对照组(n=10).采用线栓法栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉,连续监测大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞后缺血2 h标准Ⅱ导联心电图后,取大鼠心脏检测NO含量.结果:在脑缺血后2h,CCS组较单纯脑梗死组大鼠心脏NO含量增高,P<0.05;单纯脑梗死组与假手术对照组相比NO含量增高,P<0.05;CCS组较假手术对照组心脏NO含量明显增高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义.结论:急性脑梗死并发CCS的发生可能与心脏NO含量异常升高有关.
