| 80岁以上老年急性白血病12例临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 本研究探讨80岁以上老年急性白血病的临床特点。对我院2000-2010年收治的12例80岁以上急性白血病患者进行回顾性分析,其中9例急性髓系白血病,3例急性淋巴细胞白血病,均合并有多种基础疾病,大部分患者一般情况较差,接受了个体化治疗方案的患者共10例。结果表明,2例患者获得完全缓解,其余患者未获得缓解。平均生存时间20±16周。AML患者平均生存时间为27±14周,明显长于国外报道。生存期最短的3例均为ALL患者。结论:本组高龄AML患者采取个体化治疗,生存期得到明显延长。而高龄老年ALL患者则预后很差,缺乏相对有效的治疗措施。 |
