一次性根治术治疗瘘管性肛周脓肿临床观察

目的:探讨瘘管性肛周脓肿一次性根治的可行性及治疗方法.方法:回顾性总结一次性根治术治疗瘘管性肛周脓肿30例,分析其手术方法、注意事项及疗效.结果:所有病例经随访6个月～2年,术后形成肛瘘1例,脓肿复发1例,余28例均一次性根治,未出现肛门狭窄、肛门溢液及排便功能障碍等并发症.结论:一次性根治术治疗瘘管性肛周脓肿,复发率低,并发症少,避免二次手术,减轻病人痛苦及经济负担,不失为瘘管性肛周脓肿的首选治疗方法.

Clinical observation of one-time radical surgery for treating fistular perianal abscess
