复方天葡片抑制H2O2诱导小鼠淋巴细胞凋亡的机制研究

摘    要:本研究旨在探讨复方天葡片(tianpupian,TPP)抑制过氧化氢(H2O2)诱导淋巴细胞凋亡的作用机制。采用MTT法观察TPP对H2O2导致的淋巴细胞死亡率的影响;应用流式细胞仪AnnexinV/PI双染法、JC-I线粒体膜电位及caspase3酶活性的荧光化学发光法检测TPP对H2O2诱导淋巴细胞凋亡的抑制作用。结果表明:TPP通过拮抗H2O2导致的线粒体膜电位下降,抑制caspase3酶活性而降低H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞凋亡率。结论TPP对H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞凋亡具有显著的抑制作用,其机制与线粒体膜电位下降及caspase3酶活性抑制有关。
