神经外科患者家属健康教育需求调查分析

目的了解脑外科患者家属健康教育需求特点，并根据家属的需求，有针对性进行健康教育。方法采用自行设计问卷调查方法对我科200例住院患者家属进行相关问题调查。结果患者家属对健康教育有强烈的需求，教育形式具有多样性、阶段性、个性化的特点，宣教前后比较家属健康知识、家庭护理技能、健康信念、行为改变情况有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论开展因人施教，分阶段、多种形式的综合健康教育对提高患者家属基本护理技能，疾病相关知识知晓率，正确认识疾病，使患者获得更有效的社会支持，从而改善患者及家属知、信、行，提高患者的治疗效果及生活质量。

Investigation of Health Education Needs for Neurosurgery Patients'''' Relatives with Neurosurgery Disease

Objective To understand the characterics of health education needs for patients' relatives and make the proper education to them.Methods Questionnaires of 200 patients' relatives.Results All the patients' relatives expressed that they need this kind of education badly,and the benefit of the education can be seen clearly through comparison of conditions before and after the education(p<0.01).Conclusion We should give the patients' relatives comprehensive health education in various forms to enhance the families of patients with basic nursing skill,knowledge about disease.Therefore,they can gain effctive support from the society and lead a well-off life.
