医学生季节性情绪行为变化的流行病学调查

目的　调查医学生中季节性情绪行为变化和季节性情感障碍的存在情况。方法　采用季节性行为模式调查表调查了 135 8例医学生。结果　 81.7%的被调查者报告情绪行为有季节性变化并给自己造成不利影响。30 .9%的被试报告夏季感觉最差 ,2 0 .0 %的被试报告冬季感觉最差。冬季季节性情感障碍的估计患病率为 2 .4% ,夏季季节性情感障碍的估计患病率为 4.4%。结论　季节性情绪行为变化在我国是存在的 ,但季节性模式与欧美的不同。

Epidemiological study of seasonal changes in mood and behavior in medica l students

Objective The goal of thisstudy is to determine t he prevalence of seasonal changes in mood and behavior and seasonal affective di sorder in a group ofmedical students.Method 1358 medical studen ts were surveyed with a Chinese version of theSeasonal Pattern Assessment Quest ionnaire.Results Seasonal changes in mood and behavior wereexpe rienced as a problem by 81.7% of all subjects. 30.9% of all subjects reported feeling worst in the summermonths,compared with 20.0% feeling worst in the wi nter months.The estimated prevalence of winter seasonal affectivedisorder was 2 .4% and the estimated prevalence of summer seasonal affective disorder was 4.4%.Conclusion Seasonal changes in mood and behavior occur in Chi na,but with a different profilefrom that in the United States or Europe.
