小儿消积止咳口服液辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽80例

目的 对小儿消积止咳口服液辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的效果进行分析探讨. 方法 整群选取该院2012年1月—2015年1月收治的160例上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组80例患儿行常规西医治疗,观察组80例患儿在西医治疗的基础上加用消积止咳口服液,对比两组患儿的治疗效果. 结果 观察组的咳嗽、咳痰、腹胀、喘息等临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的治疗有效率为90.00%,对照组的治疗有效率为68.75%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 以小儿消积止咳口服液辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽可有效缓解患儿临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.

Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Fluid in Auxiliary Treatment of 80 Cases of Chil-dren with Cough after Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To analyze and study the effect of Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral fluid in auxiliary treatment of children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 160 cases of children with cough after upper respiratory tract in-fection treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group were treated with routine western medicine, the observation group were treated with additional Xiaoji Zhike oral fluid on the basis of the control group, the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clini-cal symptoms (cough, expectoration, abdominal distension, breathing) disappear time were obviously shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, (90.00% vs 68.75%), (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral fluid in auxiliary treatment of children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the treat-ment effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
