摘 要: | 目的 分析在急诊科生化检验当中应用肝素抗凝血浆的可行性. 方法 整群选取该院2014年2月—2015年6月收治的127例健康体检者的生化检验样本作为分析资料,抽取的血液标本容量为4 mL,抽取静脉血液后将标本分为两份,分别注入到经过干燥消毒处理的普通真空试管与肝素抗凝试管当中,经过离心后利用生化分析仪完成检验,比较血清标本与血浆标本的检验结果, 两组标本均为127份. 结果 血清组与血浆组的检测结果如下:Glu: 血清组(5.6±0.4)mmol/L,血浆组(6.1±0.3)mmol/L;P:血清组(1.3±0.1)mmol/L,血浆组(0.8±0.4)mmol/L;Na:血清组(145.9±12.3) mmol/L,血浆组(159.3±13.7)mmol/L;Ca:血清组(2.4±0.4)mmol/L,(2.4±0.8)mmol/L;CK:血清组(120.6±20.1)U/L,血浆组(121.3±19.4)U/L;Cr:血清组(84.2±2.01)umol/L(84.1±8.57)umol/L;Urea:血浆组(5.1±0.3)mmol/L;血清组(5.3±0.1) mmol/L. 对血浆组与血清组检验结果进行分析后发现,两组的Glu值、Cl值、P值、K值、Na值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ca值、CK值、Cr值、Urea值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 在急诊科的生化检验过程中应用含肝素的抗凝血浆具有明显优势.

Feasibility Analysis of Heparin Anticoagulative Plasma in the Application of Emergency Biochemical Test |

Abstract: | Objective To analyze the feasibility of heparin anticoagulative plasma in the application of emergency biochemi-cal test. Methods Biochemical test samples of 127 cases of healthy examined people treated in our hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the analyzing data, the blood sample volume extracted was 4ml, after the extraction of venous blood, the blood samples were divided into two parts and were respectively injected into the common vacuum tube and the heparin anticoagulant tube after dry disinfection, the inspection had been finished by biochemistry analyzers after centrifugation, the inspection results of serum samples and plasma samples were compared, and there were 127 simples in both groups. Results The inspection results of the two groups were as follows: the Glu, P, Na, Ca, CK, Cr and Urea values were respectively (5.6 ±0.4) mmol/L, (1.3 ±0.1) mmol/L, (145.9 ±12.3 )mmol/L, (2.4 ±0.4)mmol/L, (120.6 ±20.1) U/L, (84.2 ± 2.01) umol/L and(5.1±0.3 )mmol/L in the serum group and (6.1±0.3) mmol/L, (0.8±0.4) mmol/L,(159.3±13.7) mmol/L,(2.4± 0.8) mmol/L, (121.3±19.4) U/L,( 84.1±8.57) umol/L and( 5.3±0.1)mmol/L in the plasma group, after analyzing the inspection results of the two groups we found that the comparison of Glu,Cl,P,K and Na values between the two groups was obviously different (P<0.05), however, the comparison of Ca,CK,Cr and Urea values between the two groups was not obviously differ-ent(P>0.05). Conclusion Heparin anticoagulative plasma in the application of emergency biochemical test has an obvious advantage. |
