胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

目的 探讨胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取该院2014年3月—2015年6月收治的100例混合痔患者进行研究分析,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例. 观察组给予胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗;对照组给予单纯外痔切剥术治疗. 比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、术后并发症的发生情况. 结果 观两组患者经手术治疗后的治疗效率均为100.00%,组间数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度和水肿等并发症发生情况(1.26±1.12)、(14.52±4.68)、(6.79±2.34)明显低于对照组的(1.78±1.29)、(24.83±4.72)、(12.28± 3.77),两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 对混合痔患者采用胶圈套扎术与外痔切剥术联合治疗临床疗效显著,且安全性高,术后恢复快,值得临床推广.

Clinical Curative Effect of Rubber Ring Ligation Combined with External Hemorrhoids Cutting and Stripping Surgery in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of rubber ring ligation combined with external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 100 cases with mixed hemorrhoids admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2015 were selected for an analysis and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by rubber band ligation combined with external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery, and the control group were treated by external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery. And the clinical efficacy and occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The response rate in both groups was 100.00%with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The postoperative pain and edema and other complications in the observation group were (1.26±1.12), (14.52±4.68), (6.79 ±2.34) which were significantly lower than (1.78 ±1.29), (24.83 ±4.72), (12.28 ±3.77) in the control group, respectively with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The wound healing time was significantly shorter in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with mixed hemorrhoids, rubber ring ligation combined with external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery has significant clinical effect with high safety and quick recovery, so it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
