急性心力衰竭患者急诊救治的临床分析

目的 分析和研究急性心力衰竭患者急诊救治的临床模式和临床效果. 方法 随机选取在2013年8月—2015年8月入住该院进行治疗的急性心力衰竭患者120例,然后将这些急性心力衰竭患者的急诊救治的情况进行分析和总结. 对这些急性心力衰竭患者急诊救治工作前后的心率、 血压数值进行比较分析, 详细统计治疗前后的基本情况. 结果 急诊救治工作前心率是(165.4±49.03)次/min,收缩压数值是(110.5±9.7)mmHg,舒张压的数值是(105.5± 15.4)mmHg. 在急诊救治工作后,患者的心率是(122.5±12.6)次/min,收缩压数值是(69.5±5.6)mmHg,舒张压的数值是(72.3±10.3)mmHg. 这些急性心力衰竭患者经过急诊救治工作之后,其心率和血压数值明显偏向正常,各项生命体征优于急诊救治工作之前. 结论 对于急性心力衰竭患者而言应当采取有效的急诊救治措施,从而才能够较好的提升其临床救治效果.

Clinical Analysis of Emergency Treatment for Patients with Acute Heart Failure

Objective To analyze and research the clinical pattern and clinical effect of emergency treatment for patients with acute heart failure. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from August 1, 2013 to August 1, 2015 were randomly selected and the emergency treatment conditions of the patients with acute heart failure were analyzed and summarized, the heart rate and blood pressure values before and after emergency treatment of these pa-tients with acute heart failure were compared and comparatively analyzed, the basic conditions before treatment were given statistics in detail. Results The heart rate, systolic blood pressure value and diastolic blood pressure value treatment were (165.4±49.03)times/min, (110.5±9.7)mmHg and (105.5±15.4)mmHg before emergency treatment and (122.5±12.6)times/min, (69.5±5.6)mmHg and (72.3±10.3)mmHg after emergency treatment, the heart rate and blood pressure values of the patients with acute heart failure obviously tended to normal after emergency treatment, each vital sign after emergency treatment was better than that before emergency treatment. Conclusion For patients with acute heart failure, we should take effective emergency treatment measures to better improve the clinical treatment effect.
