刍议Miles术与Dixon术在直肠癌患者临床中的疗效对比

目的 分析探讨Miles术与Dixon术对直肠癌患者的临床疗效. 方法 整群选择2005年12月—2013年10月期间在该院治疗的126例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,平分为两组,分别给以传统Miles手术方法 和Dixon手术方法 治疗和抗生素;记录两组患者的治疗效果. 结果 Dixon术式组患者手术出血量、术后肛门排气、导尿管留置和住院时间分别为245.6±75.7、3.8±0.5、5.7±1.1、16.1±3.2,均显著性低于Miles术式组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;Dixon术式组患者的治疗总有效率为77.78%,高于Miles术式组的69.84%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 Dixon手术方法 更为简便,手术创伤小.

Study on the Comparative Curative Effect in Clinic of Miles Operation and Dixon Operation in Patients with Rectal Cancer

Objective To analyze and study the clinical curative effect of Miles operation and Dixon operation in patients with rectal cancer. Methods 126 cases of patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from December 2005 to October 2013 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups and were respectively given the traditional Miles op-eration method and Dixon operation method for treating antibiotic, the treatment effects of the two groups were recorded. Results The intraoperative blood loss ,postoperative anal exhaust, urinary catheter in time and length of stay in patients by Dixon operation method were respectively 245.6±75.7, 3.8±0.5, 5.7±1.1 and 16.1±3.2, which were obviously less than those in patients by Miles operation method (P<0.05), the differences were statistically significant, the total treatment effective rate of patients by Dixon operation method was 77.78%, which was higher than that ( 69.84%)of patients by Miles operation method and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The Dixon operation method is more con-venient with small surgical trauma.
