摘 要: | 目的 探讨不同临床微生物检验阳性率结果,为临床诊断与治疗提供有价值的依据. 方法 随机选取2012年1月—2013年1月以及2013年2月—2014年2月期间该院临床检验标本共计1 000份,两个时间段各500份,并根据标本类型不同进行分类,均根据标准化操作,用法国生物梅里埃公司生产的自动细菌鉴定药敏分析仪进行阳性率的检验,对阳性率结果进行统计分析. 结果 两个时间段内,呼吸道、尿液以及伤口分泌物、血培养标本微生物检验阳性率,2012年1月—2013年2月分别为16.4%、39.6%及13.3%;2013年2月—2014年2月呼吸道、 尿液以及伤口分泌物、血培养标本微生物检验阳性率分别为8.6%、30.8%及5.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 但两个时间段粪便标本差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 对不同时间段的标本微生物阳性率进行分析可为临床科室提供安全、有效的病学信息,进而为临床疗效观察和预后效果提供指导性作用.

Abstract: | Objective To study the positive rate of microbiological examination of different clinical microbiologists and pro-vide valuable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 1 000 cases of specimens clinically examined in our hos-pital from January 2012 to January 2013 and from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly selected with 500 cases in each period of time and divided by different specimen types and operated according to standardization, the positive rate was examined by automatic bacteria identification and drug-sensitivity analyzer made by BioMerieux company in France and statistically analyzed. Results The positive rates of microbiological specimen examination of respiratory tract, urine, wound secretion and blood culture were respectively 16.4%, 39.6% and 13.3% in the former period of time and 8.6%, 30.8% and 5.8% in the latter period of time, the difference was obvious (P<0.05)and was statistically significant, however, the difference in stool specimens between the two periods of time was not obvious (P>0.05)and was not statistically signifi-cant. Conclusion The analysis of the positive rate of microbiological specimens in different periods of time can provide safe and effective disease information for clinical departments and further having a guiding effect on the clinical curative effect observation and prognosis effect. |
