| 摘 要： | 目的观察小剂量锌剂对治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的影响。方法对确诊维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的患儿157例(其中血清锌水平低下32例)随机分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组,3组均给予维生素D、钙剂治疗,在此基础上观察1组加服小剂量锌剂,观察2组仅对血清锌水平低下者加服小剂量锌剂。结果3组在烦躁、多汗等症状消失时间,血清25-(OH)D3、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、腕X线片复常等方面具有显著性差异。结论小剂量锌剂治疗维生素D缺乏性佝瘘病能显著提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of low dose zinc on the treatment of vitamin D deficiency rickets.Methods The diagnosed 157 cases of vitamin D deficiency rickets,among which 32 cases were at low serum zinc level,were randomly divided into three groups:observation 1 group,observation 2 group and control group.Vitamin D and calcium agents were given in all of three groups,and the additional low dose zinc was taken for all the patients in group 1 and the patients with low level serum zinc in group 2.Results Disappearance of the clinic symptoms and recovery of serum 25-(OH)D3,alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and wrist X-ray are significant different.Conclusions Low does zinc can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of vitamin D deficiency rickets. |
