| 摘 要： | 目的：评估我院抗高血压药物的应用现状。方法：采用限定目剂量（DDD）法，对我院2002—2004年我院抗高血压药物的用药频度、购药金额进行统计。结果：我院抗高血压药物的品种数量及购药金额等逐年增长；尼莫地平、硝苯地平和卡托普利在3年中用药频度排序稳居前3位；钙拮抗剂、复方制剂和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂（ACEI）在用药频度和销售金额方面均居于前3位。结论：尼莫地平、硝苯地平和卡托普利在我院抗高血压药物治疗中居主导地位，且价格合理。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the dispensation status of antihypertensives in our hospital. Methods: The frequency of drug dispensation and transaction volume of antihypertensives in our hospital between 2002 and 2004 were analyzed by the defined daily dose (DDD) analysis. Results:The varieties, quantities and transaction volume of antihypertensives gave an escalating curve yearly. Nimoldipine, nife-dipine and captopril were at the top 3 in respect of frequency of the drug dispensation. Calcium antagonists , compounding preparations and ACEI were at the top 3 in respect of both frequency of drug dispensation and transaction volume. Conclusion: Calcium antagonists were the leading antihypertensives dispensed with reasonable cost. |
