急性心肌梗死患者冠脉介入后应变率成像对左室局部收缩功能的评价

目的探讨应变率成像技术（SRI）定量评价急性前壁心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）后左心室局部收缩功能变化的临床价值。方法48例急性前壁心肌梗死患者行PCI术。分别于PCI术前、术后7d及3个月测量左前降支参与供血的9个室壁节段的沿长轴收缩期应变率（SR）及左心室局部收缩功能的变化，测量左心室射血分数（LVEF）。结果与术前相比，术后7d各节段心肌的应变率均有增加（P〈0．05），术后3个月各节段心肌的应变率、LVEF明显增加（P〈0．01，〈0．05）。结论SRI可以无创定量评价急性前壁心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）后左心室局部收缩功能的变化。

Evaluation of left ventricular regional systolic function before and after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction by using strain rate imaging

Objective To explore the value of the left ventricular regional systolic myocardial function quantitatively before and after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction by strain rate imaging(SRI).Methods 48 patients with acute left ventricular anterior wall myocardial infarction were performed with PCI.The values of systolic strain rate(SRI)at 9 segments supplied by left anterior descending artery and left ventricular regional systolic function and reject fraction(EF)were measured in patients with myocardial infarction before PCI and 7 days and 3 months after PCI.Then the SRI values of these abnormal segments before and after PCI were compared.Results Compared with those of before percutaneous coronary intervention,the strain rates of 7 days after percutaneous coronary intervention were increased(P<0.05).The further increase was noticed at 3 months.The EF changes were similar at 7 days and 3 months follow-up.Conclusion Strain rate imaging can quantitively analysis the left ventricular regional myocardial functional changes.
