| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤手术病人临床路径的应用效果。方法将120例甲状腺肿瘤手术病人分为两组,各60例。对照组采用传统的医疗护理方法,观察组实施临床路径的医疗护理。结果观察组等候手术时间、住院日较对照组短,平均住院费用较对照组低(均P<0.01);病人满意度及健康知识掌握率较对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论实施临床路径,可增加医院服务人次,减轻病人负担,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the application of the clinical path in the patients undergoing thyroidecto-my. Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing thyroidectomy were divided into two groups: controlgroup (n=60) subject to the tranditional nursing care; observation group (n=60) undergoing the nursing care re-lated to the clinical path. Results The periods of preoperation, hospital stay were shortened, the average fee-for-service decreased and the satisfaction of the patients improved markedly in the observation group as compared withthat in the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of the clinical path can rise the socialand ecomieal effects of the hospitals and decrease patients' fee-for-service. |
