北京市2001-2005年托幼园所工作人员健康检查结果

目的了解北京市托幼园所工作人员健康状况，加强健康检查工作，确保在园儿童健康。方法采用时问序列比较法对北京市托幼园所2001-2005年工作人员健康检查年报资料进行分析。结果5年问托幼园所工作人员体检率为99．63％，传染性疾病检出率为1．64％，8种传染病检出率从高到低排列依次为霉菌（1．27％）、滴虫（0．32％）、梅毒（20．17／10万）、肝炎（15．51／10万）、肺结核（8．53／10万）、尖锐湿疣（4．65／10万）、淋病（3．10／10万）、化脓性皮肤病（2．33／10万）。非传染性疾病患病率为7．06％，其中以高血压为最高（5．19％）。结论需进一步加强托幼园所工作人员健康检查的管理，积极开展传染性疾病和常见病的健康教育，提高其自身的保健意识。

Physical Examination Result of the Staff of Kindergartens in Beijing during 2001-2005

[ Objective] To learn the health status of the staff in the kindergartens of Beijing, improve the health examination work and ensure the children′s health in kindergartens. [ Methods] Time series comparison method was applied to analyze the annual report data of the physical examination of the staff in the kindergartens of Beijing during 2001 - 2005. [ Results] The physical examina- tion rate of the staff was 99.63% ; the detection rate of infectious diseases was 1.64% ; the detection rates of eight kinds of infectious diseases , namely, streptomyces, trichomonad, syphilis, hepatitis, tuberculosis, condyloma acuminata, gonorrhea, suppurative dermal diseases were 1,27% , 0.32% ,2, 33/101akh,20, 17/101akh, 15.51/lOlakh, 8.53/lOlakh, 4.65/lOlakh and 3, 10/10lakh respectively; the morbidity of noninfectious diseases was 7.06% , among which hypertension was the highest, [ Corldtltsion] Health examination management for the kindergarten staff should be improved; health education on the infectious diseases and commton diseases should be improved; self-health care consciousness should be enhanced.
