| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组化方法对20例前列腺癌组织切片进行ER、CEA定性和定位观察,结果表明前列腺癌ER阳性率为45％(9/20),CEA阳性年为35％(7/20),ER、CEA的表达与前列腺癌的分化状态无明显关系。认为前列腺癌内ER的测定对选择内分泌治疗有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Immunoperoxidase method was used to assay ER and CEA contents in tumor tissues of 20 cases of prostatic carcino- ma. In conventionally prepared sections, ER and CEA positive rates were 45%, 35% respectively in prostatic cancer tis- sue. It was found that ER or CEA level did not correlate with the differentiation grade of prostatic cancer. The determina- tion of ER is proposed as a valuable test in selecting those patients who would be likely to benefit from endocrine therapy. |
