Analysis on Intra articular Decompression, Closed Reduction and Hollow Screw Fixation for Femoral Neck Fracture in Children

Objective：To summarize the efficacy and characteristics of intra-articular decompression,closed reduction and hollow screw fixation for femoral neck fracture in children.Methods： Retrospective analysis on the treatment,rehabilitation and prognosis of femoral neck fracture with hollow screw fixation in 18 children.Results： All the fractures were cured,but 2 patients had femoral head avascular necrosis,including 1 case premature load and other one too late to be hospitalized in.There were no complications such as coxa vara and coxa valga,premature epiphyseal closure,nonunion and so on,in all cases.Conclusion： It is a good treatment because of the simple operation,effective,less invasive,favorable to early functional exercise in bed,high healing rate,and few complications for femoral neck fracture with intra-articular decompression,closed reduction and hollow screw fixation in children.
