| 摘 要： | 目的观察益肾排毒汤内服配合灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将CRF患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用益肾排毒汤内服和中药灌肠。观察2组疗效,并比较治疗前后肌酐和尿素氮水平。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),2组肾功能指标治疗后均有所改善,而治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论益肾排毒汤治疗CRF疗效显著。
