| 摘 要： | 目的研究程序化死亡基因5（PDCD5）在正常骨及人骨肉瘤中的表达规律。方法45例骨肉瘤新鲜标本,按刘氏分级法分为I级（14例）,Ⅱ级（18例）,Ⅲ级（13例l免疫组织化学检测其PDCD5表达特征,并与18例良性骨瘤组织和30例正常对照骨组织进行比较。结果46．67％的骨肉瘤组织、86．67％正常对照骨组织、88．89％良性骨瘤组织中PDCD5蛋白呈强阳性表达,骨肉瘤与良性骨瘤及正常骨组织相比差异有显著性（P〈O．05）。不同刘氏分级中骨肉瘤中强阳性表达比例分别为I级85．71％,Ⅱ级50％,Ⅲ级46．15％。结论在正常骨组织、良性骨瘤、骨肉瘤组织中,PDCD5的表达出现明显差异。骨肉瘤的发生及分级可能与促凋亡某因PDCD5的表汰有美．

| Abstract: | Objective To characterize the expression of programmed cell death 5 in normal bone and human osteosarcoma.Methods Expression of PDCD5 protein in 45 cases of osteosarcoma, 18 cases of osseous tumor and 30 cases of normal bone tissue were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results The percentage of strong cells in osteosarcoma（46.67%） is significantly lower than that of osseous tumor（88.89%） and normal bone tissue（86.67%）.Conclusion The expression of PDCD5 protein is varied with osteosarcoma.It suggests that PDCD5 is a important apoptosis regulate factors in osteosarcoma. |
