益气软肝方与肝刺激因子对大鼠免疫性肝纤维化保护作用的对照研究

目的：通过与肝刺激因子(HSS)保肝作用的比较，评估益气软肝方(PGSL)对肝纤维化的保护作用。方法：大鼠肝纤维化模型由人血清白蛋白制备。PGSL保护组予PGSL中药汤剂每日两次灌目，HSS保护组同时予HSS每周两次腹腔内注射，共8周。结果：PGSL及HSS均可以降低肝纤维化大鼠的死亡率；肝组织羟脯氨酸测定、大体标本、HE染色、嗜银及VG染色，提示二者均可以降低大鼠肝纤维化的增生程度。上述两个保护组比较均无统计学差异。结论：益气软肝方预防肝纤维化的作用与肝刺激因子相似。

Control Study on Protective Action of Yiqi Ruangan Decoction and Hepatic Stimulating Factor on Immune Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats

Objective: To assess the action of Yiqi Ruangan Decoction on hepatic fibrosis. Methods: The hepatic fibrosis rat model was prepared by human serum albumin. The protective group was administrated intragastrically with Yiqi Ruangan Decoction twice daily, and the control group received intraperitoneal injection of hepatic stimulating factor twice daily, for 8 weeks. Results: Death rate for hepatic fibrosis rat decreased in both groups. Determination of hydroxyproline, HE staining. argentaffin and VG staining of the hepatic tissue indicated that hyperplastic degrees of hepatic fibrosis decreased in both groups, and there was no significant difference between groups. Conclusion: Yiqi Ruangan Decoction and hepatic stimulating factor have a similar action in prevention of hepatic fibrosis.
