坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石临床疗效观察

目的评价坦索罗辛治疗输尿管下段结石的临床效果。方法92例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各46例。两组患者均口服左氧氟沙星0.4 g/d,中成药肾石通丸4 g/d,实验组加服坦索罗辛0.4 mg/d,观察随访4周。结果实验组和对照组结石完全排出率分别为84.8%（39/46）和56.5%（26/46）,有效实验组为42例,对照组为32例,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组排石时间、肾绞痛发生次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组未发现明显药物副作用。结论坦索罗辛能有效促进输尿管下段结石排出,缩短排石时间,并减少排石过程中肾绞痛发生。

Clinical effects of tamsulosin on patients with lower ureteral stones
