| 摘 要： | 侵袭性真菌病（IFD）在异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）受者中并不少见，尽管保护性环境及预防措施在一定程度上减少了移植后感染的发生率，同时新型抗真菌药的不断推出及经验性、抢先性治疗策略等已显著降低了某些严重感染的病死率，但至今IFD仍是关系到移植成败的主要因素之一。了解allo—HSCT后真菌感染的特点，采取早期诊断和选择合适的治疗策略对降低IFD的病死率和提高疗效至关重要。
