NET-1、VEGF在肺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨NET-1、VEGF在肺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测120例肺癌及10例正常肺组织(对照组)中NET-1、VEGF的表达。结果 NET-1、VEGF在肺癌中的阳性表达率(85.00%、55.83%)明显高于癌旁肺组织(40.00%、0),2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NET-1、VEGF蛋白在肺癌中的表达差异与患者性别、年龄、病变部位无关(P>0.05),但与肺癌组织的分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 NET-1、VEGF的阳性表达均与肺癌的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关,且在癌组织中表达强度显著高于正常组织,提示两者具有促进肿瘤细胞转化、增殖、迁移的作用,可作为临床判定肺癌恶性程度的指标。

The expression and significance of NET-1 and VEGF in lung cancer

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of NET-1 and VEGF in lung cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase （SP） technique was used to examine the expressions of NET-1 and VEGF in 120 human lung cancer specimens and in 10 normal lung tissues.Results The positive rates of NET-1 and VEGF in lung cancer （85.00% and 55.83%） were significantly higher than those in the normal tissue （40.00% and 0.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.NET-1 and VEGF expressions were not correlated with age,sex and tumor position （P0.05）;the positive expression rates of NET-1 and VEGF were related to differentiation,clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis （P0.05）.Conclusion The expressions of NET-1 and VEGF were positively related to the lung cancers＇differentiation,clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis,and the levels of their expressions in lung cancer tissues were more higher than that in normal lung tissues,which means they could promote the tumor cells＇transformation,multiple and moving and be an useful tool for providing information about the malignant degree.
