| 摘 要： | 目的探讨5Aza-dC对肝癌细胞A431侵袭运动能力影响。方法用不同浓度5Aza-dC处理培养的A431细胞，观察其形态变化，并采用肿瘤细胞-基质黏附实验和细胞体外侵袭及运动实验检测癌细胞的黏附及侵袭能力变化。结果各不同浓度处理组细胞形态虽无显著变化，但其细胞-基质黏附能力、侵袭和运动能力均较对照组明显降低，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论5Aza-dC对肝细胞癌A431细胞的黏附侵袭等恶性生物学行为可起到抑制作用，可能为HCC的治疗开辟一条新途径。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of 5Aza-dC on invasive ability in HCC cell line A431.Methods After A431 cells were treated with different concentration of 5Aza-dC, the morphocytology, the cell-matrix adhesion potential, and the invasion and motor ability of A431 cells were detecte under microscopy. Results Although the morphocytology were not changed apparently, but both the cell-matrix adhesion potential and invasion and motor ability of A431 cells were decreased significantly after treatment with 5Aza-dC(P<0.05).Conclusion 5Aza-dC can decrease the cell-matrix adhesion potential, invasion and motor ability of HCC cells, resulting in suppressions of tumor growth, invasion and metastasis which might give a new path for therapy of HCC. |
