| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨广义相加模型在妇幼保健数据分析中的应用效果。方法:根据广义相加模型的建模原理对实例进行非参数拟合,并与参数拟合结果比较。结果:产前检查率、产后访视率、四苗接种率、儿童中重度住院人均补偿费用率是5岁以下儿童死亡的主要影响因素。结论:在数据不满足参数拟合条件时,广义相加模型能更有效地进行数据分析。

| Abstract: | Objective:Exploring the effect of generalized additive model on medical data analysis.WT5HZ〗Methods:The data was fitted by generalized additive model,and the result was contrasted with that fitted by multiple variable regression.Results:The prenatal examination,the postpartum visit,the four vaccines inoculation and the allowance of serious in patients less than 5 years old affected the mortality of children under 5 years mainly..Conclusion:Generalized additive model can be used to analyze data incapable of being fitted by parameter models.. |
