武汉市高血压患者遵医态度对遵医行为的影响

目的:探讨高血压患者遵医态度对遵医行为的影响,提出改善患者遵医行为的干预措施。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取在武汉市部分社区卫生服务中心就诊的450名高血压患者进行问卷调查,应用SARS分析被调查高血压患者的遵医态度对遵医行为的影响。结果:调查的438例高血压患者遵医态度为正向的有379人,其中79.95%的人能做到不自行停药、86.54%的人不自行换药、87.45%的人经常测血压;遵医态度为负向的有59人,并有61.02%的人不自行停药、67.80%的人不自行换药、85.43%的人经常测血压,均有统计学差异。结论:健康教育是改善高血压患者遵医行为的有效措施。

The Impact of Adherence Attitude on Behavior of Drug Compliance among Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To analyze the impact of adherence attitude on the behavior of drug compliance among patients with hypertension.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the patients with hypertension in several community health service centers in Wuhan.The questionnaire included: social-demographic characteristics,general health status and chronic diseases,the attitude of compliance with prescribed regimens,medication compliance behavior,etc.The impact of adherence attitude on medication compliance was analyzed with SARS.Results:438 patients with hypertension were investigated,among which 379 was identified as positive adherence attitude.79.95% of the patients of positive adherence attitude did not self-withdraw,while only 61.02% of the patients of negative adherence attitude had no self-withdrawal behavior.Respectively 86.54% patients of positive adherence attitude and 67.80% patients of negative attitude did not alter drugs without doctor’s advice.87.45% patients of positive adherence attitude and 85.43% patients of negative attitude regularly measured blood pressure.Conclusion: Health education is an effective measure to improve medication compliance among patients with hypertension.
