柳城县2003-2010年结核病防治效果评价

目的了解柳城县当前结核病发病状况,分析存在的影响因素及防治效果。方法对2003-2010年结核病管理信息系统和病人管理资料进行综合分析。结果 2003-2010年发现肺结核病人2 267例,其中,发现新涂阳患者901例,新涂阳患者平均登记率为27.61/10万。新涂阳患者治愈率94.24%(720/764),复治涂阳治愈率86.51%(109/126)。结论要以结核病控制项目为契机,进一步加强培训和督导工作,提高结防机构自身业务能力建设,提高诊断、治疗水平和病人规范化管理质量。

Evaluation on TB control and cure effects of Liucheng from 2003 to 2010

Objective To understand the current status of tuberculosis incidence in Liucheng,analyze the influence factors and prevention and cure effects.Method Aggregate analysis the data which collected from TB management information system and patients management data of 2003 to 2010.Results From 2003 to 2010,2267 pulmonary tuberculosis cases were found,among them,new smear-positive patients were 901 cases,the average registration rate was 27.61/100000,and the cure rate was 94.24%(720 /764).Retreatment cure rate was 86.51%(109/126).Conclusions Taking TB control project as an opportunity,we should further strengthen training and supervision work,improve the tubercular institutions capacity construction,enhance the diagnosis and cure level,and normalization,patients management quality.
