| 摘 要： | 本文总结了24例 M_4和34例 M_5患者的临床和治疗疗效观察。研究结果表明,M_4好发于女性而 M_5多见于男性,在>60岁老人中 M_5较 M_4多见.M_4患者出血和贫血较明显,M_5以高热、肝脾浸润多见,在治疗反应上,无论 HOAP 或其它化疗方案组,M_5的 CR 率低于 M_4患者。

| Abstract: | The clinical observation and the therapeutic effect of 58 patients with ANLL(M_4 and M_5)were reported in this paper.The results showed that acute myelomonocytic leukemia(M_4)is common in females, and M_5 in male.In old persons(>60 years of age)M_5 is more common than M_4.The common symptoms and physical findings in patients with M_4 are bleeding and anemia,and in patients with M_5 are high fever,sple- nomegaly and hepatomegaly.The effects of chemotherapy(HOAP and other chemotherapy)were different between M_4 and M_5,the CR rate in patients with M_4 was higher than that in patients with M_5. |
