后腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨后腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:前瞻性研究患者在后腹腔镜CO2气腹手术前后静脉血中IL-2和IL-6值的变化,以了解后腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体免疫功能的影响。以腹膜后开放手术作为对照。结果:腹腔镜组患者术前、手术开始45min、手术后第1天和手术后第3天IL-2值为先下降后回升,但此变化差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);IL-6值为先升高后下降,但此变化亦无统计学意义。而开放手术上述4时间段IL-2值为先下降后升高,此变化规律与腹腔镜手术相仿;IL-6值为先升高后下降,此变化规律亦与腹腔镜手术相仿,但上述变化均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:后腹腔镜CO2气腹对机体免疫功能的影响小,可能与后腹腔镜气腹空间小、对机体尤其是内脏功能干扰小有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of carbon dioxide (CO2) insufflations during posterior laparoscope sugery on patient's immunological function. Methods:This prospective study is to investigate the influence of carbon dioxide (CO2) insufflations during posterior laparoscope sugery on patient's immunological function by exaiming the IL-2 and IL-6. posterior open operations was as cantrast. Results.. The laparoseopic patients value of IL-2 before laparoscope, after operation about 45 minutes, one day and three days is 5. 263 ng/ml, 4. 792 ng/ml,4. 238 ng/ml and 4. 612 ng/ml discern, it turns lower first, and then rises up again. But these changes have no statistically significant (P〉0.05) ; The value of IL-6 before laparoscope, after operation about 45 minutes, one day and three days is 0. 132 ng/ml, 0. 142 ng/ml,0. 125 ug/ml and 0. 124 ng/ml discern, it turns higher at begaining, and then returns again. But these changes have no statistically significant (P〉0.05). And the reference group has resembled results. Conclusions: It is little that the influence of CO2 insufflations on human body's immunological functions. It is maybe the reason that it needs small space during posterior laparoscope, so that it has little interference on internal organs.
