| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响,建立有效的心理干预措施。方法采用支持性心理治疗、放松训练对30例康复期精神分裂症患者进行为期8周的心理干预,以同期30例康复期精神分裂症患者作为对照组,并使用自尊量表（SES）在干预前后进行2次评定。结果经过8周的干预,干预组SES评分明显增高（P〈0.01）;对照组差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。干预组与对照组比较,干预前两组SES的评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预结束后干预组SES的评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理干预有助于消除康复期精神分裂症患者的自卑心理,提高其自尊水平。
