| 摘 要： | 目的：分析多发性骨髓瘤误诊的原因及防范误诊的策略。方法：对本院收治的4例代表性多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床表现和误诊原因进行分析。结果：4例患者分别被误诊为肺炎、骨质疏松、贫血、肾炎。结论：多发性骨髓瘤具有较高的误诊率,进一步提高对该病的认识,以期减少误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the misdiagnosis reason and prevent strategy of multiple myeloma.Method：The clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis reasons of four cases of misdiagnosed multiple myeloma in our hospital were analyzed.Result：Four patients were misdiagnosed as pneumonia,osteoporosis,anemia,nephritis,respectively.Conclusion：The misdiagnosis rate of multiple myeloma was higher,and the understanding of this disease should be further improved to reduce misdiagnosis. |
