地佐辛复合罗哌卡因用于颈丛阻滞的临床观察

目的：观察地佐辛复合罗哌卡因用于颈丛阻滞在甲状腺手术中的麻醉效果和安全性。方法：选择择期行甲状腺次全切除术患者60例，ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级，随机分成A组（0.1 mg/kg地佐辛复合0.25%罗哌卡因）和B组（0.25%罗哌卡因）各30例。行颈丛阻滞，记录阻滞前、阻滞后5 min、15 min、30 min时收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）和血氧饱和度（SpO2）的变化，并行麻醉满意度评分及不良反应记录。结果：B组的SBP、DBP和HR较A组明显增高，也明显高于麻醉前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组麻醉满意度明显优于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：0.1 mg/kg地佐辛复合0.25%罗哌卡因颈丛阻滞在甲状腺切除手术中可获得良好的麻醉效果，安全可行。

Clinical Observation of Dezocine Combined with Ropivacaine in the Block Anesthesia of Cervical Plexus

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of dezocine combined with ropivacaine in cervical plexus block.Method：Sixty adult patients,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ,undergoing thyroidectomy with cervical plexus block were randomly divided into group A（0.1 mg/kg dezocine combined with 0.25%ropivacaine）and group B（only 0.25%ropivacaine）,30 cases for each group.The blood pressure（Bp）,heart rate（HR）and pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2）were recorded.The scores of anesthesia satisfaction and adverse reactions were recorded also.Result：The Bp and HR in group B were significant higher than those in group A after anesthesia（P0.05）.The satisfaction of anesthesia in group A was better than that in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The analgesia effect of 0.1 mg/kg dezocine combined with 0.25%ropivacaine in cervical plexus block is good,efficient and safty for thyroidectomy.
