规范化产前超声检查在产前诊断中的临床应用价值

目的：探讨规范化产前超声检查在诊断胎儿畸形中的临床应用价值。方法：对妊娠12周~足月分娩前4112例孕妇共4147例胎儿进行规范化二维和实时三维超声检查,检查结果与引产或产后结果对照。结果：4147例胎儿中,共发现胎儿畸形67例,超声诊断胎儿畸形59例,诊断符合率为88.1%,漏诊8例。结论：规范化产前超声检查是产前诊断胎儿畸形的重要手段,对提高人口素质,降低出生缺陷率有重要意义。

Clinical Application Value of Standardized Prenatal Ultrasonography in Prenatal Diagnosis

Objective：To evaluate the clinical application value of standardized prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal malformations.Method：4112 pregnant women（4147 fetues）were diagnosed at 12 weeks＇ gestation-term delivery by standardized two-dimensional and real-time threedimensional ultrasonography.The test results were compared with the results acquired after labor or induced labor.Result：In 4147 fetues,67 cases with fetal malformations were found and 59 cases were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography.Another 8 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion：Standardized prenatal ultrasonography is a important means for prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations,which plays a very significant role in decreasing fetal birth defects and improving the quality of the population.
