64排螺旋CT血管成像技术在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像技术对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法：对42例主动脉夹层患者的64排螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描以及三维重建的影像资料进行回顾分析。结果：64排螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描能够清楚直观地显示主动脉夹层大小,破口位置、内膜移位、主动脉壁钙化、真假腔形态、主要分支血管受累情况,并有助于做出准确分型。结论：运用64排螺旋CT增强扫描以及多种后处理技术,能对主动脉夹层进行准确诊断、分型,以及明确分支血管受累情况;上述技术在治疗方案选择、术前、术后评估等方面具有重要临床价值。

64-Slice Spiral CT Angiography Used for the Diagnosis of Aortic Dissection

Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography for aortic dissection.Method：Retrospectively analyzed the plain and enhanced 64-slice spiral CT imaging with three-dimensional reconstruction in 42 cases with aortic dissection.Result：The 64-slice spiral CT plain and enhanced scan clearly displayed the size,rupture location,intimal displacement,aortic wall calcification,the shape of true and false lumen,and involvement of major vascular branch,which helped to distinguish subtypes of aortic dissection.Conclusion：The combination of 64-slice spiral CT scans and multiple post-processing techniques assists in the diagnosis and subtyping of aortic dissection as well as in displaying involvement of major vascular branch,indicating the significant clinical values in the choice of treatment,and the evaluation of preoperative and postoperative.
