摘    要:目的:建立自制丹皮酚微球中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18(40mm×250mm.5μm)色谱柱.流动相甲醇-水(52:48),检测波长274nm,流速1.00ml/min,柱温30℃。结果:丹皮酚在0.3124~7.8100ug/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),加样回收率为97.11%,RSD=1.56%(n=3)。结论:所建方法简便、结果准确,可用于自制丹皮酚微球的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for content determination of paeonol in delayed-release microspheres. Methods: Chromatographic experiments were performed on Kromasil C18 column (40mm×250mm.5μm). The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water (52: 48). The detection wavelength was 274 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30℃. Results: The linear range was 0. 3124-7. 810 μg/ml (r=0. 999 6). The average recovery was 97.11% with RSD=1. 56% (n=3). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of delayed-release paeonol microspheres.
