强化护理干预在降低老年患者呼吸机依赖情况中的效果研究

目的探讨强化护理干预手段对老年患者呼吸机依赖性及预后的影响。方法对该院2011年5月-2012年6月应用呼吸机机械通气的54例患者进行随机分组。每组27例，对照组给予常规的治疗和护理，实验组在对照组常规治疗护理的基础上进行强化护理干预。结果①实验组患者平均使用呼吸机的时间明显短于对照组；②实验组脱机成功率可达92．6％。而对照组仅为70．4％，统计分析显示，两组比较差异有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；③实验组患者脱机后肺部并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），而患者的预后情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论强化护理干预手段能有效降低老年患者对呼吸机的依赖性，提高脱机的成功率。

The Research of the Effect for Strengthen Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Ventilator Dependent

Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening nursing interventions on elderly patients with ventilator-dependent and prognosis. Methods 54 patients in the hospital from May 2011 to June 2012 with ventilator mechanical ventilation were ran- domly divided into two groups. 27 cases were in each control group. The control group was received conventional treatment and care, and the experimental group was given with intensive care intervention on the basis of conventional treatment of the control group. Results ①The time with an average ventilator time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group; ②The offline success rate of experimental group was up to 92.6%, and in the control group was 70.4%. The statistical anal- ysis showed that, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）; ③The incidence of pulmonary com- plications for patients with off-line after the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, the progno- sis was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening nursing interventions can effectively reduce the dependence of the elderly patients on ventilators, and improve the success rate of offline.
