不稳定踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗

目的：探讨不稳定踝关节骨折脱位较佳的手术治疗方案，提出提高手术治疗效果的措施。方法：回顾52例闭合性不稳定踝关节骨折脱位患的临床和手术资料。结果：全部病例得到随访，随访期1－4年，按苟氏评定标准评定，优34例，良12例，可5例，差1例，手术优良率为88．5％。结论：我们主张对不稳定踝关节骨折脱位采用手术复位内固定治疗，强调术中应注意距骨在踝穴内解剖关系，并注意下胫腓关节间隙距离。恢复踝穴和距骨的解剖关系是极为重要的治疗标准。

The Operative Treatmenf of unstable Fracture and Dislocation of Ankle Joint

Objective: To characterize the clinical features of unstable fracture and dislocation of ankle joint and to analyze how to operate effectively on the patients. Methods:The materials and operating records of 52 patients suffer- ing ankle joint fracture and dislocation were study retrospectively. Results: 52 of the patients were fo1lowed up for 1 years to 4 years .The excellent and good rate were 88. 5 %. Conclusions:The results showed that anatomic reduction of the talua was very important,and when the space between the distal tibia and fibula was widened,The syndesmosis separation should be managed.
