脑血吸虫性肉芽肿的CT诊断

目的：探讨脑血吸虫性肉芽肿的CT特点及CT对本病的诊断价值。材料和方法：回顾分析12例脑血吸虫性肉芽肿的CT与临床资料，其中6例经手术病理证实（6／12），另6例经实验室检查及吡喹酮试验性治疗后获临床确诊（6／12）。所有病例均做平扫及增强。6例吡喹酮治疗者服药后11天～24天做首次CT复查。结果：11例共13个病灶位于大脑皮层下区或皮层，表现为单个或多个聚集的类圆形或不规则形结节，大小0．8cm～3．6cm，平扫为等或略高密度，注射造影剂后呈不均质明显强化，周围有较宽的低密度带，且有占位表现。6例吡喹酮治疗后，病灶缩小4例，消失2例。结论：脑血吸虫性肉芽肿有较典型的CT表现，结合临床、实验室检查及试验性治疗可获确诊。

To study brain schistosomiasis granuloma CT features and evaluste value in CT diagnosis of the disease.Meterials and Methods: The author reviewed the CT and clinical data of 12 cases of brain schistosomiasis granuloma, all cases were diagnosed by the surgical - pathological examination(6 cases), laboratory test (12 cases) and the trial treatment of bitricide (6 cases), The plain and contrast injected CT examination were made to all 12 cases. 11-24 days later the 6 cases which treated with bitricide made CT scan again.
