中药舒康汤的抑菌作用研究

目的：观察中药舒慷 汤对慢性盆腔炎的常见病原菌的抑菌作用。方法：采用药液试管内二倍稀释法，琼脂对倍稀释法，分别检测了中药舒康汤对需氧菌，厌氧菌抑菌的最低药物浓度MIC（Micro Inhibitory Concentration)0.0134g/ml,乙型溶血性链球菌0.0067g/ml，大肠杆菌0.0034g/ml，淋球菌0.0067g/ml，嗜血杆菌0.0067g/ml，双歧杆菌0.0134g/ml，脆弱类杆.0268g/ml，消化链球菌0.0268g/ml。结论：中药舒康汤对慢性盆腔炎的常见病原菌具有明显的抑菌作用。

Study of Therapentically Effects to Baterium of Shukang Soup

Objective:Clinical trials have proved that ShuKang soup has therapentically effects on chronic pelvic inflammation. To the verify the pharmacological mechanism we observe the inhibitory effects of complex ShuKang soup on pathogenic bacterium of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods:Double dilution of the drug in the test tube and Double dilution of agar were used respectively to detect Micro inhibitory concentration of Complex ShuKang soup on aerobe or anaerobies. Results:Complex ShuKang soup has significantly inhibitory effects on commom bacterium of chronic pelvic inflammation. The Micro inhibitory concentration was 0.0134g/ml for staphylococcus aureus, 0.0067g/ml for streptococcus,0.0034g/ml for bacterium coliform,0.0067g/ml for gonococcus, 0.0067g/ml for sanguinary bacilli,0.0134g/ml for propionibacterium, 0.0268g/ml for bacteroides fragilis, 0.0268g/ml for peptostreptococcus. Conclusion:Shulcang soup has good therapentically effects on pathogenic bacterium of chronic pelvic inflammation.
