| 摘 要： | 目的 探索家蝇组织匀浆液的抗病毒作用。方法 用鸡胚法检测经针刺或冷冻免疫诱导及同期对照家蝇幼虫组织匀浆液的抗病毒活性。结果 家蝇幼虫组织匀浆液中有抗病毒活性物质存在,针刺或冷冻组抗病毒物质的活性高于同期对照组。结论 家蝇幼虫组织匀浆液中抗病毒活性物质的性质尚待进一步确定。研究结果为抗病毒药物的寻找开辟了新的路径。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti viral activity of homogenate of Musca domestica larva. Methods Examining the anti viral activity of larva tissue homogenate by chicken embryo method. Results The larva homogenate demonstrated anti viral activity in chicken embryo assay, and the antiviral activity of the groups stimulated by needle or frozen were more obvious than control. Conclusion Although the antiviral components were unknown, the study results would offer a new way to find new antiviral drugs. |
